Responsibilities

• Promoting and developing the company’s brand.
• Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the activities of the company and its employees..
• Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales.
• Building a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy.
• Demonstrate strong leadership through robust execution and achieving results
• P&L responsibility for the vertical accountability for meeting growth targets.
• Supports the Market Leader and Team Leaders in driving market strategies and initiatives in a well planned and executed manner.
• Construct and administer project plans

Requirements

• Experienced in related field..
• Must possess an interpersonal style which enables the person to effectively interface with senior management including the CEO, clients and other colleagues
• Proven ability to attract, build and develop a talented and creative team with sufficient knowledge, skills, experience, and positive work habits to drive successful delivery
• Business level or higher communication skills in English as must
• Must have excellent analytical skills.
